ROUGEMONT, N.C. (WTVD) --

Joseph Puentes and Ken Suggs, who are neighbors, both hired Stevens Driveway Services to pave their driveways last October, and both are still dealing with the aftermath.

Puentes paid $4,200 for a new driveway, but after the job was complete, he noticed problems right away.

"I started seeing grass grow along the edge," Puentes said. Attempting to stop the growth, Puentes started spraying weed killer on top of the newly paved driveway, but the grass continued to grow.

"I'd like the weeds to stop growing and the cracks filled," he said.

Ken Suggs also noticed problems with his newly paved driveway after paying $5,000.

"Just deteriorating asphalt," Suggs said.

A few months after the crew replaced the pipe underneath his driveway, Suggs noticed that the asphalt caved in.

"I just really want what I actually paid him for," Suggs said.

After being unable to solve their problems on their own, both men called me.
