End of the year Property Maintenance 2012.
I was waiting for a decent weather day to get a couple of things done on a home I take care of. Today was the day, I raked a bunch of leaves, cut the lawn, got on the roof and blew off all the fallen branches and leaves and cleaned out the gutters. Also I blew the leaves off of the upper and lower wood decks and concrete patio. I also entered the home to make sure none of the bathroom water fixtures where leaking, checked the Hot water heater for leakage and functionality.
