According to Mr Reynolds, one of the homes strengths is the way it captures the ocean view and embraces contemporary open-plan living, yet still allows for intimate and defined recreational zones.

The floor plan was designed on two major void areas the large external alfresco and the internal entry point, he said.

The rest of the rooms wrap around these two main areas.

The secondary bedrooms upstairs also have their own living area for greater separation when entertaining guests downstairs.

The deluxe kitchen is designed with family in mind, according to Mr Reynolds.

The large kitchen island is designed to bring the family together for informal meals, as it also features ample seating room for the family to dine in, he said.
