Pricing for Oxford Estates, a new community in St. Johns with homes built by MasterCraft Builder Group, was released to a VIP list on Friday, June 13 before being released publicly. The semi-custom homes in this community will range in size from 2,700-4,000+ square feet with prices starting in the mid $300s.

Buyers have the option of choosing between five custom home floor plans, each featuring a three-car garage, with three elevation options (exterior front facade designs) for each plan.
