HBA Expo Update

Spring is in the airok, maybe not quite, but its definitely on its way!

At the HBA of Northwestern Colorado we have been thinking of the Grand Valleys warm sunshine, fresh air, and those home improvement projects we have been adding to our to-do lists all winter long. Over the past months we have been planning for our 39th Annual Home Improvement & Remodeling Expo. With less than two weeks to go until show date, we want to give you a little sneak peak about what you can expect this year.

We have more than 90 different vendors under one roof ready to showcase their newest products and great services they provide.

You will see the latest in home remodeling, repair, and maintenance products and services, including: energy efficient replacement windows and doors, high-efficiency HVAC products, a variety of flooring options, kitchen and bath products, granite/tile/cultured stone, awnings, home theater systems, roofing, custom decorating, woodworking and painting, window treatments, spas, solar, garage doors, siding, landscaping, decorative concrete, pavers, retaining walls, storage just to name a few!

During this expo, the convention center becomes a one-stop home design shopping center for the weekend.

Here you have contractors in a neutral environment ready to discuss your needs. From the roof to the curb, these vendors have the products you need to complete the projects on your list. If you are a do-it-yourselfer bring along your plans and get expert advice on how to tackle the project. If you decide that maybe its a job best left to the experts, you will be in good hands to find the person for the job.

Not a homeowner? Dont feel left out because we have products and project ideas for you to make your rental feel more like a home.

We also have builders and lenders on site if you are thinking about taking the next step to homeownership. With great interest rates and fantastic products on the market, now is a great time to think about purchasing a home of your own! We also have eight great homes for you to explore on our Custom Home Tour during the expo. These beautiful homes are located throughout the Grand Valley and offer you a chance to see some of the great products shown during the expo.
