First model home nears completion in Salerno at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club

MIROMAR LAKES The first model home is nearing completion in the new Salerno neighborhood on the exclusive Peninsula at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club.

The San Michele model, being built by Harbourside Custom Homes, is scheduled to open in late May. It will be the first model available for buyers to tour in the new neighborhood of Salerno, a private enclave of waterfront estate homes with optional private boat docks on Miromars 700-acre lake.

The designer decorated San Michele model home is a four-bedroom, five-bath residence with an additional den and large bonus room. New construction homes are priced starting at $1.5 million.

Salerno is located adjacent to the new Marina on the Peninsula at Miromar Lakes. A parterre garden provides a stunning entry that leads to a roundabout with a sculpture garden serving as the gateway to the Salerno neighborhood. The marina includes boccie courts, fitness stations, boat slips and entertainment pavilions. A European-style water taxi is available between the Marina and the Beach Club.
