DUNLAP, Ill. -- The building of the 2015 St. Jude Dream Home is underway.

Officials from Dean Custom Builders and St. Jude Midwest Affiliate shoveled the first dirt for the 2,700-square foot home.

Its location in the Copper Creek subdivision in Dunlap features four bedrooms and three and a half baths.

Proceeds benefit St. Jude patients.

"Every year, the house looks different. This year is a completely different brand new floor plan, but we have new sponsors; and you know, there are always new kids being affected by cancer, so we will not stop until no child dies from cancer, said Tina Pizzuti, St. Jude Sr. Event Marketing Executive.

The $350,000 home is expected to be finished by February, with tickets going on sale in January.
