BOSTON, Mass. - Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA), one of Boston's most innovative architectural and interior design firms, is proud to announce that Amy DiBattista has joined the firm as director of business development. In her new role, Amy will be responsible for facilitating strategic planning processes, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting awareness of the firm, and developing relationships in the real estate, design, construction, and business communities.

MPA specializes in serving clients for whom the workplace is an important part of their business - specifically in the corporate, healthcare, real estate development, professional services, and research/lab communities. Prior to joining MPA, Amy was a property management coordinator at Boston Properties where she maintained tenant relations and supported the day-to-day operations of 2.6 million square feet of urban commercial space. In this role, she created and managed budgets for all aspects of office buildings and common areas, and provided site orientation, tenant communication, and move coordination to new tenants.

With eight years of experience working in broadcast television, Amy's previous roles include associate producer for PBS Kids' reality game show, FETCH! With Ruff Ruffman, production coordinator for As the World Turns, and episode manager for the children's show, Blue's Clues.

Amy received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Television from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts. She also completed the course requirements for the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation awarded by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Boston (BOMA-Boston).
