Pat Sajak is being sued by his neighbor for a sprinkler system that caused more than $100,000 in damages, according to TMZ.
In the suit which TMZ obtained Jacob Saleh claims that Sajaks sprinkler system was shoddy with broken sprinkler heads, broken pipes and defective timers. All this allegedly caused massive flooding on Salehs property, damaging his retaining walls, causing cracking and shifting of a swimming pool and possible damage to the foundation walls.
Saleh claims that he confronted the Wheel of Fortune host who admitted he had broken pipes and defective sprinklers but did not repair them.
TMZ reports Sajaks neighbor is suing for $125,000 for repair costs.

Pat Sajak has caused more than $100,000 of misfortune to his neighbor who is now suing him for gross sprinkler malfeasance ... this according to a new lawsuit.
Jacob Saleh claims in the suit -- obtained by TMZ -- Pat's sprinkler system was a disaster ... broken sprinkler heads, broken pipes, defective timers and other problems with the irrigation system.
Saleh says the "Wheel of Fortune" star did nothing to fix the problem on his $3 million estate ... and as a result there was massive flooding on Saleh's property ... causing the soil to significantly shift.
Saleh says his retaining walls were damaged, and there was large cracking and shifting of the pool. He's also worried his foundation might be damaged.
According to the lawsuit ... Saleh confronted Sajak ... to no avail. In fact, he says Sajak admitted he had broken pipes and defective sprinklers but did nothing to fix any of the problems.
According to the suit ... the repair costs are estimated at $125,000.
We called Pat's rep for comment ... so far no word back.

MILTON Fire chief Nick Marique said improperly disposed fiberglass shavings and remnants started a fire at a local boat making company Monday night that destroyed a pair of boats.
Police, firefighters and emergency personnel responded at 11:36 p.m. after a fire alarm sounded at 11 Industrial Way home of Eastern Boats.
Marique said Deputy Fire Chief Jake Bourdeau who also works at Eastern Boats sounded a first alarm after smelling smoke at the facility. Due to the size and nature of the facility, he added it was upgraded to a second alarm to bring in additional manpower.
After the fire was stalled by the sprinkler system, Marique said firefighters were able to extinguish the remaining flames with a single hose. As a result, he added the second alarm was canceled and Somersworth firefighters were sent home.
Marique said local firefighters were assisted by counterparts from Farmington, Middleton, Rochester and Wakefield. He added paramedics from Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester also responded to the scene while firefighters from Lebanon, Maine, provided station coverage.
Marique said firefighters completed their investigation early Tuesday morning.
The cause is believed to be improperly disposed of industrial materials, Marique said, adding the owners have had this issue with fiberglass shavings before and plan to re-address it.
Bob Bourdeau, owner of Eastern Boats, said he arrived at the business just before firefighters arrived. He added the fire occurred in a large, enclosed work area separate from the rest of the business.
Eastern Boats, which has three buildings, has more than 30,000 square-feet of work space, which includes designated areas for fiberglass, assembly and rigging operations, according to the companys website.
Bourdeau said the separate layout was done by design, for safety purposes. He added the sprinkler system was able to prevent the fire from spreading further.

The sprinkler system didnt go on for the mattress-drying machine where the early morning fire started last week at the Latex Foam International factory in Shelton.

What led to the spread of the fire was that the separate sprinkler system didnt activate, said Shelton Fire Marshal James Tortora. This was a secondary system just for that machine.
Tortora said the main buildings overall sprinkler system did work, and combined with firefighting efforts helped to ensure the fire didnt destroy the entire building. The fire did spread through the vent system onto the main factory floor and threaten the roof, before firefighters began pouring water on it from the outside.
The fire began just before 1 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, June 26 in the basement in the very rear of the main building at 510 River Road (Route 110).
Tortora was finally able to get inside the building on early Friday morning, after about 150,000 gallons of water were pumped out of the basement. The water came from firefighting hoses and the sprinkler system.

The damage was confined primarily to the drying machine, with some related heat damage to the area in the immediate vicinity, Tortora said.
There was no structural damage and the roof is secure, he said.
