I bought my house with a vacant lot beside it back in 1996 and have not had the means to do anything with it because of the slope of the terrain till now.. I had a retaining wall constructed to eventually fill in with dirt and gravel and then eventually concrete on top of that to make it a usable driveway for a future workshop on the back portion of the lot.
