http://www.yourbuildingbroker.com.au - This video shows the Bradford Retaining Walls to the rear of Ben Soraya #39;s new home which is about to start construction in early 2013 in Hillarys, Perth Western Australia. The home was designed by Your Building Broker and is to be built by Homes By Dalessio. The wall is at the back of the building block - facing onto public open space (or a park). The overall wall height is just over 2 metres. There were a few different options with this wall - however there is a sewer line which was restrictive if a limestone block retaining wall was being built. The backfilling against the Bradford retaining hasn #39;t been completed yet as the site will need to be cleared of vegetation first and the final block levels established.
