Police said a man who worked for a pest control company out of Harrodsburg, Ky., was stealing from customers.
Investigators said if Jeffery Sizemore did work at your home, it's possible he may have stolen from you.
Police said Sizemore would mostly steal jewelry from his customers, then pawn them off.
It's something that police believe went by unnoticed by many who likely thought their necklace or bracelet was just misplaced.
One Spencer County couple took notice after discovering a treasured heirloom was missing.
"It was an heirloom piece that I got her when we first married. It was a locket with pictures of our children and grandchildren. That's what upset her the most," said Rich Eshman.
When Eshman and his wife realized that locket was missing, fingers immediately pointed to the only other person who had been in their home.
"You feel violated and you feel angry," Eshman said.
Sizemore worked for Orkin Pest Control and police don't believe it's the first time he sprayed for bugs then walked away with his customers' stuff.
Not even a month after police said Sizemore stole jewelry from the Eshmans, they said he hit another home in Spencer County, stealing prescription pills and they now believe he's tied to many thefts in Lexington, Bardstown and Taylorsville.

SINGAPORE: As the current dengue epidemic worsens, some pest control companies have been seeing better business.
They attributed this to the public being more informed about the disease.
A 66-year-old man, who was the fourth person to die from dengue fever, lived at Tanglin Halt Road.
Tanjong Pagar Town Council has since stepped up cleansing and vector control measures to prevent mosquito breeding in the common areas.
It is also continuing the oiling and checking of roof tops.
The National Environment Agency is conducting vector control operations in the area, which is in a dengue cluster consisting of four cases.
As at 3pm on Tuesday afternoon, the number of dengue cases this year is 12,628.
Some pest control companies have received more queries from customers about their services.
Fumiga Pest Management Service said it has seen its number of customers increase by up to 20 per cent.
Ng Say Kiat, managing director at Fumiga Pest Management Service, said: "If we compare with the last outbreak, I think you will notice that there are more people, especially in the condominiums and in the other housing estates, as well as in the commercial buildings, they actually requested more services to be done at their premises, and this is probably due to the dengue outbreak, and also due to the publicity (on dengue) on TV and in other media."

HOUSTONA Houston-area pest control expert continues to offer some of his services free of charge, especially when the customer is a patient down on his or her luck with little hope and often little time.
William Snow has terminal cancer and lives on Social Security. He also has a wall full of bees at his southwest Houston home threatening his ability to use his bathroom or bedroom.
But when we visited him Friday, he also offered a ready smile.
Im always in good spirits. Thats all I have left, he told us from the house he has called home for the last 23 years.
At 84-years-old and with doctors unable to tell him how much time he has left, Snow asked the city of Houston to at least help him solve his bee problem. He was told to get three estimates before the city could help. The lowest estimate was $500.
Claude Griffin, with Gotcha Pest Control, heard about his plight and offered to get rid of the bees for free.
