Safety Harbors Bar Fly, a fly fishing-inspired bar and restaurant, debuted a second location in Palm Harbor at1026 Nebraska Ave.

The outdoor lounge area is fully decked out in tiki decor and hand-painted Sweetwater Brewing Company logos. Owners Jeff and Celeste Harrell been putting the new Palm Harbor stage to use, with reggae and jam bands playing almost every weekend.

On the Market: Updated ranch in Easton boasts many new features

    By Meg Barone

EASTON The sage green-colored ranch house with black shutters at 36 Northwood Drive wears its age very well. With all its recent renovations this house is actually closer to new, even though it was originally built in 1962.

A brand new roof was literally just installed so the next owners wont have to think about that expense for decades to come. The whole house has been updated with a new high efficiency heating system, new lighting, a new well filtration system, fresh paint in modern colors, updated bathrooms, and a remodeled eat-in kitchen. Two of the homes three full baths were recently updated with new vanities and marble countertops. Those improvements combined with the growing interest in one-level living makes this house quite desirable.

The nine-room, 3,242-square-foot house is set on a level property of 3.59 acres on a cul-de-sac in the Easton Center section of town. This location makes it convenient to several local farms, the center of town, and Routes 59 and 136 for easy travel into the towns of Fairfield, Westport, and Monroe. Its just a short drive to the Merritt Parkway.

A long driveway, lined in Belgium block, leads to the property which offers ultimate privacy because the house is set very well back from the roadway and it is also cloaked by a border of trees. A large front lawn is the perfect place for games and sporting activities. In the front garden, also lined with Belgium block, there is a flagpole.

Inside, the formal living room features a large picture window flanked by double-hung windows and a quarried stone fireplace with a raised hearth and a wood-burning stove insert. The fireplace is not up against a wall but stands in the middle of the floor between the living and dining rooms. In the formal dining room there is paneling on the lower walls, sliding doors to the deck and backyard, and in one section there is a peninsular counter topped with quartzite that separates this room and the kitchen. This feature is especially helpful when entertaining or serving buffet-style meals. A second such counter was built between the preparation section of the kitchen and the breakfast nook, which is set in a bay/bow window area. The kitchen also has new stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and a white ceramic tile backsplash in a diagonal pattern rather than the more typical subway tile arrangement.

On the main living level there are three of the homes four bedrooms, including the master suite. The fourth bedroom is found on the finished walkout lower level, which offers more than 1,000 square feet of living space and could make for the perfect in-law or au pair setup, according to the listing agent. This lower level also has a spacious family or a media room with wall-to-wall carpeting, a fireplace this one also has a stove insert, a full bath, and an exercise or recreation room. The laundry room is on the main level and it has a utility sink and a door to the attached two-car garage.

    TYPE: Ranch

    ADDRESS: 36 Northwood Drive, Easton

    PRICE: $514,900

    NUMBER OF ROOMS: 9

FEATURES: 3.59-acre level and partially fenced property, located on a cul-de-sac, paving stone patio, large deck, exterior lighting, fully fenced backyard, professionally landscaped, brand new roof (just installed), new high efficiency heating system, new lighting, freshly painted, renovated kitchen with new appliances and cabinets, propane added for gas range, programmable thermostat, one fireplace, wood-burning stove, pre-wired for cable, close to the center of Easton and town amenities, just about five miles from the Merritt Parkway, full finished walkout lower level (possible in-law suite), attic, renovated laundry room, stone wall, attached two-car garage, central air conditioning, zoned oil heat, tank-less hot water, private well, four bedrooms, three baths

SCHOOLS: Samuel Staples Elementary, Helen Keller Middle, Joel Barlow High

    ASSESSMENT: $332,890

    TAX RATE: 31.33 mills

    TAXES: $10,429

Outside, the fully fenced backyard is perfect for keeping children and dogs safe, although this cul-de-sac is rather quiet and not well traveled. In addition to the deck there is a paving stone patio. Under the raised deck there is storage space for lawn equipment.

For more information or to make an appointment to see the house contact Bette Gigliotti-Green of The Gigliotti Group and William Raveis Real Estate at 203-451-0040 or Bettegig1@gmail.com .

Fortunato’s officially open in Gulfport – I Love the Burg - December 10, 2019 by Mr HomeBuilder

You love to see it. Fortunatos used to be a go-to spot for me, and many others I Imagine, while wandering Central Avenue on any given weekend night (but especially First Friday). I came to love it as an Eckerd student, so I was never too surprised to see a line out the door for a thick Fortunats slice.

In early November, the pizza joint reemerged in Gulfport, an area with a burgeoning food scene. Seriously, if you havent had Smokin Js, go to Smokin Js. The pickles, the pulled pork, THE RIBS. One Thanksgiving I got a smoked turkey from this BBQ joint and I still think about it to this day.

But I digress, were here to talk pizza. Fortunatos is now open at 3038 Beach Boulevard South. Its been open for a little over a month at this point.

Guests can enjoy quaint outdoor and patio seating as the work to form the perfect pizza fold.

Fortunatos Gulfport menu has featured specials such as a bacon jalapeo flatbread, a salmon cake appetizer, and prosciutto wrapped pork loin.

    The restaurants current hours are:

    Lunch 11:30am-2:30pm Tuesday, Saturday & SundayDinner 4pm-10pm Tuesday-Sunday

Fortunatos menu is loaded with hand tossed and Sicilians pizzas. All diners should try the Chicken Milanese Signature Sandwich at least once. The hearty lunch option features arugula, fresh mozzarella, red onion, pesto and mayo.

This opening follows similar resurgences in the Gulfport culinary community. A Friend Who Bakes is delivering something tasty to residents who have a serious sweet tooth.

Stellas, a popular breakfast spot, recently opened in a new expanded space, too.

    MADISON PARK

The Independent Pizzeria [PIZZA] [SIDEWALK PATIO] This slice of pizza heaven in Madison Park seats about 15 people comfortably on its tiny patio, furnished with dark wooden, lacquer-topped tables. The space opens when the weather is warm enough (permanently from July 5 to Labor Day). And while that may sound like a recipe for hypercoziness, this hot spot boasts a nice little view of Lake Washington. 4235 E Madison St.; 206.860.6110; theindiepizzeria.com

    MADRONA

Bottlehouse [WINE BAR] Why here: Fig trees spill over the long, side-yard deck lit with starry white lights; its the lush, enchanting patio of your dreams. Eat: The seasonal toasts, topped with combos such as prosciutto, chvre and figs, and the excellent cheese plate. Drink: On a hot day, ros by the bottle is the way to go. But Bottlehouse has the most eclectic by-the-glass list in the cityspanning sherry, bubbly and amaroso consider trying something new to you. Insider tip: The backyard is available to rent for summer parties.Late afternoon and evenings, Tue.Sun. 1416 34th Ave.; 206.708.7164; bottlehouseseattle.com

St. Clouds [AMERICAN] We wont tell if, once youre sitting at one of the six tables in the secret back yard, you slip your shoes off. Why wouldnt you? Glass-topped metal tables are set up as if for an impromptu dinner party. Strings of white lights sweep from fence to fence, and the locals only vibe keeps things warm and sweet. Youll probably want to sip that Sauvignon Blanc and nibble those slow-roasted ribs a little slower than usual so that you can stay awhile. Brunch and lunch Sat.Sun., dinner daily. 1131 34th Ave.; 206.726.1522; stclouds.com

    MAGNOLIA

Maggie Bluffs [WATERFRONT] [SEAFOOD] At this classic spot situated at the Elliott Bay Marina next to Palisade, the food and drinks are your typical pub fare with an aquatic slant (crab cakes, fish and chips, and clam chowder). But whats anything but typical about this dockside patio is that it has one of the most awesome views in town. On a clear day, the Space Needle, Mount Rainier and the city skyline can all be viewed through the masts of the massive convoy of docked boats. When it gets cold, there are heaters. There are only about a dozen tables, and they go fasteven when the weather is just summer-ish. 2601 W Marina Place; 206.283.8322; maggiebluffs.comNORTH LAKE UNION

Ivars Salmon House [BOAT-UP SPOT] Why here: Its classic waterfront deck dining. The shores of Lake Union lap beneath the patios attached boat dock, which local boaters and kayakers use to pick up takeout orders of fish n chips. Here, youll sit under umbrellas, enjoying the cool breeze and that skyline view across the lake. Best table: The bright cloth-covered tables on the lowest level of the tiered patio (closest to the water) offer unobstructed views. What to order: Keep it simple and stick to seafood: clams steamed in white wine and butter; or splurge on a Dungeness crab Louis salad, with hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and sweet, fresh crab. And to drink: Imbibe one of the 26 Washington and Oregon wines available by the glass. And remember: no tipping! 401 NE Northlake Way; 206.632.0767; ivars.com

Westward [WATERFRONT] [OYSTERS] Why here: The city glittering across the boat-dotted waters of Lake Union can be fully appreciated from the shade of a striped umbrella or around the oyster-shell-lined fire pit. Its an absolute wonder no one thought of creating a place like Westward before. Eat: Incredibly fresh oysters, smoked Manila clam dip with house-fried potato chips, and Mediterranean-style roasted trout or branzino. Drink: A glass of chilled Muscadet from the Loire Valley will do mighty fine. Insider tip: Your best bet for a prime outdoor seatin one of the weathered, conjoined Adirondack chairsis midday (35 p.m.). Also: select oysters are half-price Sun.Thurs. from 910 p.m. 2501 N Northlake Way; 206.552.8215; westwardseattle.com

    PIKE PLACE MARKET

Le Pichet [FRENCH] [SIDEWALK PATIO] Four small bistro tables on the sidewalk front this downtown French bistro, beckoning passersby to sit and drink ros for hours. Beware that, although perfect for people watching and feeling cosmopolitan, Pichets tables are on the west side of the street and only see sunlight in the morning hours. Ditto for the small sidewalk deck at sister restaurant Caf Presse on Capitol Hill, which is perfect for eating a hearty breakfast of oeufs platsa baked dish of eggs, bchamel, ham and cheese. Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. 1933 First Ave.; 206.256.1499; lepichetseattle.com

Maximilien [FRENCH] Its hard to believe a sweeping vista this brilliant and this unobstructed can still be such a well-kept secret. But weve lucked into tables on the large but largely undiscovered deckperched high above Elliott Bay and framed by the Olympic Mountains, with ferries pushing through the Soundwithout even having to wait. Try the eggs Benedict for Sunday brunch, escargot and soup du jour at sunset. Brunch Sun., lunch and dinner daily. 81A Pike St.; 206.682.7270; maximilienrestaurant.com

The Pink Door [ITALIAN] [COVERED PATIOS] A longstanding fair-weather favorite, the deck at The Pink Door offers an unobstructed view of Puget Sound happenings off the busy piers. The overhead wooden lattice provides shade, making this a perfect venue to watch ferry sailings, tune into the market hubbub below and indulge in the predictable Italian offerings, such as garden bruschetta or cioppino. Lunch Mon.Sat., dinner daily. 1919 Post Alley; 206.443.3241; thepinkdoor.net

Seatown Seabar [NORTHWEST] Whether youre hooking a snackthe crab cocktail is spot onor settling in for a leisurely meal, this sidewalk caf (that spills over to the picnic tables at its neighboring Rub With Love Shack when it gets busy) is a prime perch for watching the world walk around Pike Place Market. Tables are set with pretty potted flowers, and if theres a chill in the air, the servers will bring you a blankie. We love ros with everything on the menu, including the ahi poke salad and terrific tri-tip steak off the rotisserie. Breakfast, lunch, dinner daily. 2010 Western Ave.; 206.436.0390; tomdouglas.com

Caf Campagne [FRENCH] [SIDEWALK PATIO]If you pick the right seat (face south) at one of the marble-topped tables on the outdoor patio of this Parisian-style caf, youll have a nearly unobstructed view of Post Alley and its usual flocks of touriststhe unapologetic heartbeat of Pike Place Market during summer months. Order yourself a carafe of the house red or white, some frites or a sexy slab of the pt, and make an afternoon out of it. 1600 Post Alley; 206.728.2233; cafecampagne.comSOUTH PARKLorettas Northwesterner [PUB] A logging tavern from the 1930s, this treasure south of Seattle has maintained a loyal following of adoring fans since before it was considered cool to drink Rainier, Hamms and Lucky Lager. With a high roof made of clear tiles, wood paneling and local brewery relics keep this place rooted in history, and the Airstream on the back patio continually draws in new customers looking for a bar thats full of character (and characters). Order the classic Tavern burger (a pint-size cheeseburger) for $3 and settle in for a while. 8617 14th Ave. S; 206.327.9649; lorettasnorthwesterner.com

    SOUTH LAKE UNION

Daniels [WATERFRONT] [HAPPY HOUR] With an expansive northward view over the entirety of Lake Union, the cement deck at Daniels is a go-to for summer boaters and water lovers. New-this-June wicker-style chairs and a couch and custom-made tables with ceramic tile and wood trim offer views of yachts and sailboats, making it all the more pleasant to dine on Daniels signature surf-and-turf offerings. The deck wraps around the back of the restaurant, has tall glass walls for wind protection and is open to all agesall the better for partaking in happy hour prices with the kids on a sunny afternoon. And Eastsiders take note: the Bellevue Daniels also has a new, glassed-in perch attached to their 21st floor restaurant in the Bank of America Building (10500 NE 8th, 21st Floor) which is a great way to get a birds eye view of just how green this City in a Park is. 809 Fairview Place N; 206.621.8262;schwartzbros.com

Row House Cafe [LUNCH OASIS] Why here: Youd never guess from looking at it, but this sweet, ramshackle house turned caf in South Lake Union boasts one of the sunniest and most relaxing (and biggest!) back decks in the neighborhood. Best table: Choose any table with a red umbrella, for shade. What to order: The panzanella salad, with fresh cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, garbanzo beans and lots of torn basil is perfect for hot weather. 1170 Republican St.; 206.682.7632; rowhousecafe.com UNIVERSITY DISTRICT

Shultzys [PUB] This U District fixture is best known for its sports bar vibe, stellar lineup of micros and outstanding sausages served in its expansive space, but theres a deck out back with a dozen tables and a soothing gazebo-like feel that falls into hideaway territory. If you subscribe to the school of thought that eating something spicy cools you down on a sizzling afternoon, try a bowl of the fabulously fiery gumbo, made from scratch, and chill. Lunch and dinner daily. 4114 University Way NE; 206.548.9461; shultzys.com

Liam's (CLOSED) [AMERICAN] One of the newer restaurants in U Village from the man who brought us Beechers, this corner spot, which is kitty-corner from QFC (and just down the block from Din Tai Fung), has one of the cutest and most functional indoor patios around. During the colder months, the logs are stacked and the gas fire is roaring. But when the weather turns warm, the electric walls are raised to create a gazebo-type environment that includes a wood floor and party lights strung overhead. Order one of the incredibly fresh salads, such as the Dungeness crab cob, for a full dose of vitamin D. 2685 NE 46th St.; 206.527.6089; liamsbistro.com

Agua Verde Paddle Club & Cafe [WATERFRONT] [MEXICAN] Why here: It puts the quintessential Seattle summer spin on dinner, preferably eaten on the popular patio, though even the indoor seats at this homey restaurant are breezy. Eat: Bacalao tacos (beer-batter-dipped Alaskan cod with cabbage and avocado sauce) get a delicious boost from the selection of house-made salsas. Turn your night into a scene from a rom-com, with a paddle around Portage Bay in a kayak built for two (rentals downstairs). Drink: You cant go wrong with a classic margarita on the rocks. Extras: Much of the patio is covered, though a recently expanded alfresco dining area sits 30 to 40 with full sun exposure. 1303 NE Boat St.; 206.545.8570; aguaverde.com

    WALLINGFORD

Tilth [NORTHWEST] Shaded by umbrellas and surrounded by shrubs and potted herbs, this space has a hidden-garden feel even as traffic whizzes by on North 45th. Sip a glass of ros while considering Maria Hines organic, locally focused menuit will be a challenge to choose. Fortunately, there are tasting menus of different shapes and sizes, including a sophisticated lineup of vegan fare and gluten-free apps and entres. Be part of the brunch bunch and youll be rewarded by the fluffiest French omelet this side of Paris. Brunch Sat.Sun., dinner daily. 1411 N 45th St.; 206.633.0801; tilthrestaurant.com

    WEST SEATTLE

La Rustica [ITALIAN] A destination restaurant for most, this stalwart West Seattle restaurant has been turning out Italian dishes made by a husband-and-wife kitchen collaboration for years. In summer, the patiobedecked with white, wrought-iron Italianate furniture and homey plantsis a quiet spot to linger over authentic pasta and hearty entre offerings while taking in the view of the Olympics and both Blake and Vashon islands. Dinner Tue.Sun. 4100 Beach Drive SW; 206.932.3020; La Rustica Facebook page

Saltys [WATERFRONT] [AMERICAN] The deck here maintains its legendary status once the sun shows its face during the warmer months. Heres a chance to sit on a sun-drenched wraparound deck and take in a cold beverage and a seriously stunning, picture-perfect view of the Seattle skyline. The sea breezes and warm evenings make nibbles such as blackened fish tacos, oven-roasted nachos and beer-batter-dipped steak fries taste even better. 1936 Harbor Ave. SW; 206.937.1600; saltys.comMarination Ma Kai [WATERFRONT] [HAWAIIAN-KOREN]Why here: Were addicted to Hawaiian-Korean foodthink Spam musubi and kimchi rice bowls with fried eggs. Marinations everyday prices belie the million-dollar Seattle skyline view across Elliott Bay. Plus, the roomy, casual patio with orange umbrellas is open all day. Eat: Extra-crisp fish n chips with crave-worthy miso tartar sauce. Drink: The sweet-tart lychee margarita goes down easy in high summer. Insider tip: Stop by for breakfast (daily, starting at 9 a.m.): Loco moco, the Hawaiian classic rice/fried egg/hamburger/gravy mash-up, is on the menu! 1660 Harbor Ave.; 206.328.8226; marinationmobile.com

    WOODINVILLE

Fireside at Willows Lodge [NORTHWEST] [GARDEN PATIO] Even if youre not a guest at Willows Lodge and just want to partake in a glass of wine (some of the smaller wineries in Woodinville are represented here), you will be welcomed with open arms. Nibbles such as an artisan cheese flight and other snacky things are on offer, courtesy of Barking Frog across the way, and best enjoyed on one of the most beautiful backyard patios on the Eastside, complete with fire pit, couches, Adirondack chairs and the sound of a trickling waterfall. Woodinville, 14580 NE 145th St.; 425.424.3900; willowslodge.com

The Hollywood Tavern [EASTSIDE COOL] Why here: When Woodinville wine tasting calls for sustenance, theres no better outdoor pit stop than an Adirondack seat at the stone-lined fire pit (similar to the brilliant pit at Westward) between The Hollywood Tavern and neighboring Woodinville Whiskey. Eat: Mabels fried chicken sandwich, an ultra-crispy, well-seasoned, unpretentious nod to the previous longtime tenant, Mabels Tavern Drink: Stick with anything brown from the next-door distillery, even something as simple as one of the house-infused whiskey shots and a schooner. Extras: Lawn games 14501 Woodinville-Redmond Road NE; 425.481.7703; thehollywoodtavern.com

    Patio Secaucus NJ – aap-construction.com - September 16, 2019 by Mr HomeBuilder

    The Prettiest Patios in Secaucus

Since 1993, AAP Construction has been making attractive but cost-efficient patios in Secaucus, New Jersey. Our patios run the gamut from those that are constructed inexpensively from prefabricated components with a concrete understructure, all the way to custom-designed Secaucus patios made with polished tiles and stonework elements.

You can have a Secaucus patio constructed with concrete, tile, brick, or stone. Or you can mix and match. You can have a concrete flooring to eliminate weeds which will sprout through brick flooring, but use brick accents and touches along with hardwood railings. AAP Construction can build such a mix-and-match patio for your Secaucus home.

Unlike sidewalks and driveways, a Secaucus patio is a highly personal choice. We will not try to foist a ready-made 'best-seller' on Secaucus NJ residents nor will we try to impose an expensive design. We will sit down with you to plan your ideal patio at a price that's right for you. Call us at (973) 298-1013 for a no-obligation consultation with a knowledgeable Secaucus mason.

We can either simply build your Secaucus patio according to plan and design or we can provide the complete package, i.e. design the patio with you.AAP Construction realizes that you may be too busy to deal with multiple vendors, and may prefer to interact with only one company and get a ready-to-enjoy patio for your Secaucus home. And we're happy to oblige!

From 1993 we have been serving and satisfying Secaucus homeowners like yourself, building patios for them using all kinds of materials from concrete to elegant pavers, and in every style from American Western to classical Tuscan.

You are only a phone-call away from the Secaucus patio of your dreams. Call us now at (973) 298-1013 and a friendly mason will drop by with a free quote!

Our Tennessee flagstone comes in a variety of colors and thicknesses, making it ideal for an array of projects.

Each piece of flagstone is carefully selected and graded during the quarry process to ensure the most consistent and highest quality product is being delivered to you.

What were known for. The full range of natural Crab Orchard colors are represented here.

From subtle, light grays to bold, dark grays, with some brown tones for color.

The perfect balance of earth tones.

Irregular in shape, our 1 thick or less thin flagstone has a wide variety of applications. Thin flagstone is most commonly used as a veneer for patios and porches.

If used as flatwork, it must be laid on a concrete pad.

Pieces range in size from small plate to 1/2 pallet size.

Also referred to as medium or standard flagstone, our regular flagstone is irregular in shape and 1 to 1 3/4 thick. Regular flagstone is most commonly used for patios, pool decks and walkways.

Pieces range in size from plate to close to pallet size.

Also referred to as thick or 2 flagstone, our heavy flagstone is irregular in shape and 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 thick. Heavy flagstone is perfect for walkways, patios, pool decks, wall caps and steps.

Because of its thickness, heavy flagstone can be dry laid in sand or a similar base.

Pieces range in size from platter to pallet size.

    Los Patios – 75 Photos & 59 Reviews – Mexican – 5051 … - April 3, 2019 by Mr HomeBuilder

Loved the food very flavorful and different from other restaurants. Loved the frozen margaritas! Great service!!!! Maybe dim the lighting?

During the training break, me and other colleagues decided to have a lunch at this place. The outside of the cafe looked unkempt and not welcoming. However, after the entering the place, it was colorful interior and smiley hostess. We got the table in seconds and we're ready to order. The waitress was nice and patient with a group of 6 people. Everyone alternated their order and the waitress did not have any concerns- that was nice! The order came fast. We all were surprised by the portions- they were huge! No one finished their dish lol I liked the food, fast service and friendly prices. The minuses would be that the place wasn't very clean and we waited for our bills. also, they didn't have cups for tea. I got my tea in the plastic cup and it was warmed by microwave... I didn't like it.But in the end, if you need quick bite and you have cravings for the Mexican food- stop here.

Mexican is one of my favorite meals to have out, in particular I enjoy the ambiance. Here you will find exactly that, a bright and cheerful spot with friendly, well dressed staff. There is an amazing variety of dishes on offer, generous portions, and great warmed chips and salsa for your appetizer. Take some time to appreciate the decor which consists of hand painted chairs, walls, and wall decor. A true taste of Mexico right her in Naptown!!!

Apparently a converted Dairy Queen, Los Patios has a very unique layout and decor. The first thing you notice when you walk in Are the various colors of the tables and chairs. Separating the dining area and the kitchen is a big wall that was obviously the counter of the DQ.The prices are good in the specials are even better. They have beer and margarita deals for every day of the week. As for food, I ordered the wet burrito and it came out covered and delicious cheese, just as promised. While it was not the Burrito Gigante, it was still gigantic. The service was good and the orders were accurate. I would definitely return if I were in the area and craving Mexican food.

We were excited to try Los Patios. Since their parking lot is often full during dinner, we figured it had to be good. Other Yelpers photos of the menu helped us choose our meals and I was tasked with calling in our order. I was told our order would be ready in 10 minutes. Pretty good for a Friday night! After paying for our 3 meals, the guy comes back and says they are out of hamburgers. So they couldn't make the kids meal that was ordered for our son. He tried talking us in to getting something else, but there wasn't anything else our son wanted. We already knew that now we had to stop at another restaurant on the way home to get our son dinner, so we really just wanted our refund and to get going. He finally refunded in cash and we left. Needless to say, dinner was lukewarm when we finally got home. Price wise, it's pretty good for the amount of food you get. Hubby and I both got chimmichanga's, me chicken and him beef. He didn't care for the beef at all. The meat was like the "ground hamburger" in Taco Bell tacos. (Eww) The chicken was ok. Nothing spectacular and in need of some seasoning. The refried beans were dry and pastey. Maybe it tastes better when it's fresher. It definitely didn't seem fried in the least, either.

My take out experience at Los Patios was probably one of the weirdest ordering and Mexican food experiences I have ever had. I tried to order two "super" burritos and was told they they don't have super burritos. I then explained that I am just looking for a burrito with everything inside (sour cream, meat, guacamole, and etc). The employee still seemed a little puzzled but she took my order. When we finally received our food and opened up our to go containers the burritos were weirdly not wrapped in a tight manner. Instead our burritos resembled soggy tortillas with a lumpy layer of food underneath. (See attached photo) And all of the condiments were given to us in lots of little containers and not inside the burrito like I requested. I am still pretty confused by the whole thing. I was on a road trip and I really needed a meal that was conducive to the car hence my to go burrito order.... All in all, the food was okay and the flavor was okay as well. Maybe the term "burrito" is not a universal term after all.

Great service and friendly staff. Food is always good. Have eaten there many times. My favorite Mexican restaurant.

Had an excellent experience great food and drinks ,colorful atmosphere and great service.highly recommend , definitely one of my favs.

ETA: no longer serving buffet. It's too bad, that's what made this place stand out!Stopped in with my sister for dinner. The place doesn't look like much outside, but it is actually huge inside with a lot of seating. We had the buffet - and let me just say that a Mexican buffet is freaking genius. What dreams are made of! $9.99 for a dinner buffet is such a steal when you think about how much you pay for a normal dinner entree! If you add on appetizers and dessert it can be pretty hefty. The buffet is pretty big with all the basics and more. Plenty of meat, chicken and... shrimp!! Tortillas, taco shells and even a taco salad shell if you want to make your own. The best part of the buffet! All the extras like guacamole, sour cream and dessert are included. Pretty good flan and churros for dessert. Overall, you can't beat that price for the amount of food you get! Such a steal!

Sorry guys, this is not a fan favorite. I live really close and I noticed the parking lot is usually busy on the weekends so we gave it a shot... we won't be back. The atmosphere wasn't very friendly, the food was just so so and with there being two other Mexican restaurants within a stones throw, it doesn't make this one worth it.

We came in from outside Chicago and were staying at a local hotel. Drove past this place at 9:30 and it was packed. Got margaritas on special and split the Patio fajita special. More than enough for two to share. Food and service was AMAZING!!!!

I'm giving one star because i literally had to do so or I wouldn't be able to write a review. We ordered take out. there was some weird stuff in our tacos, and I went for horchata and it was like dirt water, SOOOO GROSS. don't go.

We come here ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK! Amazing tacos, fajitas, arroz con pollo and more! Also the BEST salsa around!

I went here with my family! I liked the food and their portions. It was yummy! It's really close to my home too, so that's a plus.

We had excellent food and service here.I had the arroz con cameron's (rice with shrimp) which is shrimp covered in cheese with rice on the side. It was excellent. The shrimp were medium-sized and tasty. The cheese was nice and rich. The rice was really good. It was a bit on the plain side, but I still really enjoyed it.I finished my meal with the fried ice cream. It was a large portion and the perfect ending to a great meal! Our service was excellent. They kept our drinks full. The drinks came in larger than average cups which was nice. The gentleman at the cash register seemed genuinely interested in our dining experience. The was refreshing. We will come back here.

This is such a great place for a quick sit down meal. We were seated immediately, even though it seemed like it would be super busy from the parking lot. We got our chips and salsa within about 1 minute. After ordering, I literally got up to the use the restroom and when I returned about 2 minutes later, the food was at the table. My husband ordered arroz con pollo and it was so well made. He also got a small salad that was only $2.75 and it was HUGE! I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was so filling and yummy. The queso was thick and creamy, like Mexican queso should be! When we received the check, it came out to less than $25 for two people... and we ordered an extra salad and the queso dip. We even had food to take home. This place is great!!! Do not let the other reviews on yelp scare you. It was quick, courteous, delicious and worth it! Yummy!

I drive past this Mexican restaurant several times a week on my way home from work. Decided to have lunch here on our days off work the week before Christmas. There was so much hustle and bustle with several large work parties that I thought we'd get lost. But nope - we were so well taken care of that we booked a reservation to have a family dinner 2 weeks later. Had great service and huge portions for the pricing. Servers had loads of patience for our party of 8 adults plus 5 small kids !Would love to see a more authentic chopped guacamole instead of the creamed up version.

Amazing!!! Totally recommend this restaurant!!! Food was fresh and hot and full of flavor. Service was perfect!

Well I went back here after a few months and it was no better than the first time. Good was pretty bland. I could make better tacos at home honestly. Will not go back.

I always hate giving the two-star review, but "Meh. I've experienced better." really sums up my experience. Understand, they have been open less than a week. However, I read the reviews of their Danville location and was very excited for tasty food. This was not tasty. Everyone at our table agreed that the food did not taste bad, it just did not taste like anything. We were pretty sure the ground beef was devoid of even salt. We doused all our food in salt, hot sauce, and salsa. I am chalking this up to being new and plan to go back in a month or two. There are some bright spots:- service is friendly- the space is pretty and happy, with lots of bright colors- while the view of SR 67 is not ideal, they do have a newly built patio- the prices are comparable to other Mexican places in the area- they sing and give you a dessert for your birthday- tons of parking
