RENTV reports on two office developments on the Westside of Los Angeles: the RED BUILDING at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, by developer Cohen Brothers, which is underway, and the planned Century City Center in Century City, by developer JMB Realty which is getting it re-entitled for office use.

In Q4 2010, imec will start with the construction of a new office building. A jury, including Flanders' official building master, has selected the design of the Austrian architect's firm Osar Baumschlager-Eberle

This is by far the nicest elevator in the mall. It is an almost completely original Armor, probably installed 1954 if the office building was built along with the mall, however, there is no record of when this building was built.
