You can now see at first hand how steel-framed building modules are manufactured and fitted out before they leave the Yorkon modular building production centre in York. This building is for a £10m subcontract awarded to Yorkon by Kier Eastern for the off-site construction of a new hospital building at Colchester General Hospital. The £20m ProCure21 project is the biggest development in the hospital's recent history and will increase the Trust's capacity in time for the peak winter period.

This is by far the nicest elevator in the mall. It is an almost completely original Armor, probably installed 1954 if the office building was built along with the mall, however, there is no record of when this building was built.
