The Shard at London Bridge construction update (Saturday 17th September 2011)
Tower 270, once formerly known as the Arthur Levitt State Office Building, is an unassuming rectangular box with many windows. Minimalist in idea it was put up in 1930 and provided as offices for various New York State departments.
