On December 3, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in San Diego and Imperial Counties named Jackson Design & Remodeling (JDR) a winner of the Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. The announcement was made at the 16th Annual BBB Torch Awards luncheon held at the Town & Country Hotel. The 2013 BBB Torch Award recognizes JDR as a leader in ethical business practices, conducting itself with the highest professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

Each year, companies of different sizes are selected through their local BBBs regional competition to receive a Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. The Torch Awards promote the importance of ethical business practices, and the efforts that businesses make to ensure that our marketplace remains fair and honorable. Winning entries are forwarded to the Council of Better Business Bureaus International Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics competition. The 2013 award is JDRs fourth consecutive Torch win, with awards earned in 2007, 2009 and 2011.
