Students in Cazenovia Colleges Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising programs will present the Colleges 41st Annual Fashion Show, "Urban Chic," on Saturday, April 26, at 6 p.m., at The Landmark Theatre in Syracuse (362 S Salina Street).
This years show headlined by guest speaker Thom Filicia, interior designer, author, television personality and chief creative officer of Thom Filicia, Inc. will portray the exhilarating styles featured in Fashion Weeks around the world. All elements including staging, music, choreography, graphic design, and photography are produced by students enrolled in Cazenovia Colleges Fashion Show Production class.
Tickets will go on sale April 1. Admission is $17 for adults, $12 for students, and free for children under 5. Do you want to remodel a room in your house but can't afford it? Are you a interior designer with a face for television? A casting agency is looking for some local homeowners and interior designers for a new half-hour television show called Fix It & Finished It hosted by Antonio Sabato Jr.
It's good to see Jagger from General Hospital back in the swing of things.
Our designer will bring in all the necessary specialists and subcontractors to create the perfect space for our unsuspecting and deserving family.
Homeowners email your story, photos/video (of you and your space) and request an application before Friday, March 28. Designers must email photos/video of yourself and a brief description of your design philosophy by Friday, March 21.

Favreau is no newcomer to mixing old and new in his interior design style. He was featured on the cover of the Design New England Nov/Dec 2013 issue for the contemporary transformation of the 1832 Federal style home he shares with his husband Gary Decad in Vermont. His signature residential interior design style is known for attention to detail and quality, mixing elegant timeless furnishings with modern objects in a playfully eclectic yet symbiotic way. The result is luxury interior design that is at once stylish and respectful of the unique features of the architecture and the surrounding landscape in every way.
Favreau studied interior design at the internationally recognized Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, yet he came to the world of design in a way that distinguishes him from other interior designers. Growing up in Boston, he originally trained in musical theatre and dance at the Boston Conservatory. He left for Paris where performed as a soloist at the Moulin Rouge, and appeared on European television, and then went on to perform on cruise ships, becoming a cruise director for American Hawaii Cruises.
