MANILA - Want to know what's in store for you for 2015? Will it still be a bad time to start a new relationship? Will conflicting countries reach their boiling point? A feng shui expert revealed her predictions for the coming Year of the Sheep.

In a press conference held on Wednesday, Maritess Allen explained that the forecasts for the Year of the Sheep -- officially starting on February 19 -- are better than the previous lunar year.

"It is not super perfect but at least we are getting there. In a scale of 1 to 10, we are on a 6 or a 7 so we are in an ascending order, which is a very good sign," she said.

Allen revealed that the feng shui chart for 2015 features all five elements, namely: wood, metal, fire, earth, and water, adding that this is a "very rare and an unusual phenomenon."

And while 2014 was filled with misunderstandings leading to conflicts, especially in new relationships and between countries, the brand new year will be a more calm one, according to Allen.

'Lucky signs'

Allen went on to share which animal signs are "lucky" during the Year of the Sheep.

Aside from those who are born in the year, people under the Horse and the Monkey animal signs are predicted to get the blessing of the "prosperity star," which is associated with good fortune, she said.

Other animal signs that are predicted to be "lucky" next year are the Rat, which will have the "wealth star," and the Tiger and the Ox.

Those born under the latter two are said to receive "unexpected gifts" in 2015.

Chiz Escudero, Isabel Oli and John Prats, and Neri Naig and Chito Miranda, Feng Shui expert Marites Allen says that 2014 the Year of the Wooden Horse brings good fortune to soon-to-be-wed couples like these celebs.

During a press conference, Allen noted that while this year will be good to those about to start their lives together, she gave a word of caution to those who are just building a new relationship.

I will not name celebrities pero di ba maraming celebrities ang nag-start ng relationship (this year) pero hindi nag-work? she said.

She added, But they can still take risk they can have an amulet or lucky charm to at least prevent (breakups).

Allen has long been the favorite Feng Shui expert of celebs like Kris Aquino, Boy Abunda and Tessa Prieto Valdes, as well as movers and shakers in the corporate world. They seek her advice about their careers and love lives, when theyre moving into new homes, or starting new businesses.

Sharing her analysis based on Feng shui charts, Allen said the Year of the Sheep, which will start on Feb. 19, 2015, is not ideal for hotheads and those prone to getting into disagreements.

Normal naman magkaroon ng problema, pero sana next year iwasan natin yung mga negative vibes kasi mahirap ayusin, kasi maraming argumentative star, she explained.

Nonetheless, Allen encouraged, Do not let bad things get in your way. Just be realistic and focus on positive things.
