Maybelieve at Kings EC 11/11/12
PLEASE READ So took May to Kings today, wasn #39;t the best behaved when she was un loaded, but she soon settled down. We entered the 70-75 for a warm up, I personally think she went quite well, althugh we clipped the last two fences, it was completely my fault, but we still came 3rd, it was a busy class, but it was a tricky course too get right although it looked simple and there wasn #39;t 1 clear round, the winner was the fastest 4 faulter. So I was happy to come 3rd out of a big turn out. After 2 and 1/2 hours of waiting around, we went in to do the 80-85cm by this time, she was knackered, EXCUSE THE LEGS, ARMS, EVERYTHING. Looking back, I cringed at my riding, but we did go clear, so I couldn #39;t care less what people think of me as a rider, she #39;s a tricky ride, she #39;s only 4, and I love this pony to bits. We came 6th in the 80-85 out of about 30 🙂 No crit, I have a trainer to give me crit and tell me what to work on, although I am fully aware of what I, myself as a rider needs to work on and also what myself and May needs to work on. Don #39;t bother critting me through watching me on a computer screen, not that I disrespect your opinions! Okaay. Welll, remember that pony that I fell off of at my first show...? Well this is us now. We have come such a long way and i could not be any more proud. I #39;m so glad i didnt let those people bring me down. The people that said we couldnt, the people that werent there for me, the people that just didnt want to see us suceed. Well guess what? We did. I #39;Kept on Dreaming #39; We went from jumping 18 #39; crossrails in a show and falling off to successfully jumping 2 #39;6 fences. Thats a pretty big difference if you ask me. I dont know how much longer I #39;ll be with this pony. I really dont. Could be 4 years could be 4 weeks. At a point where i need to make some tough decisions here. I #39;m really upset about it too.
