#39;Let Me Tell You My Story #39;; My Journey with Bamalam a Ding Dong. [600]
Thank you so much for 600+ subscribers you awesome awesome bunch of people! Every single like, positive comment and sub makes up for any negativity and just never fails to put a smile on my face! Whenever anyone asks if they can make me a promo or use one of my clips it makes my day, so huge thanks! The audio; I mixed it myself so please ask if you want to use it! Also, if you don #39;t watch Supernatural, you haven #39;t lived, I love Castiel, that is all. Since I #39;ve had Bams my confidence jumping has shot up through the roof. This video shows my journey with him during show jumping in the past 8 months, and I hope you can see how much it #39;s changed! I #39;ve gone from being scared to jump at course of 45cm to confidently competing and winning at 90cm and willing to go higher! I missed out xc clips and things, and some of the less interesting showjumping rounds, the ones shown here are the more influential ones! The clips at the beginning are from the first few times I jumped him. He would take any excuse to stop and jumped awkwardly with me because I didn #39;t ask enough of him! We then went to Lane Farm to do the 55cm and 65cm. I was terrified going into both classes, got lost in the 55cm but won the 65cm - not very skillfully! Then there are some more clips of us at home, still not very good but gradually jumping my first spread and gradually raising the height of the fences. Then we went to Todburn to jump the 55cm and 65cm. This was a problem for me, he wouldn #39;t go anywhere near ...From:MatildaPandorasDreamViews:2 0ratingsTime:02:08More inSports

Governor Looks at Mending Fences Before Next Budget - November 28, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

Tuesday, Governor Scott Walker will start a statewide tour to gather ideas about what should be prioritized in the next two-year budget.

The governor admits it's an effort aimed at mending fences.

In a YouTube video released Tuesday by his administration, Governor Walker outlines his priorities for Wisconsin's next budget. They include job creation, workforce development, transforming education, government reform, and investing in infrastructure.

Now the governor says he's ready to listen, starting Tuesday when he meets with employees at ACE Marine in Green Bay.

"We'd like feedback from people where they're at in their workplace, letting us know what would best help us create more jobs, what would best help us continue to transform our education system, and make investments in infrastructure, and improve our workforce," the governor says.

Almost two years ago his budget and its contentious collective bargaining law sparked unprecedented political backlash -- large Capitol protests, Senate Democrats fleeing the state to block votes, the most recall elections against a legislative body in US history, and the only gubernatorial recall in Wisconsin history.

The governor insists he is committed to bringing a divided state together, and that's partly what his tour is about.

"Oh absolutely," he says. "We came in two years ago fresh off an election and we were ready to get to work, and we want to continue to move forward fixing things, but I think this is about talking and listening with people across the state."

"I think the more that we talk with folks, the more transparent the process is, the better off we'll be," he adds.

As president of a union representing more than 1,800 Green Bay teachers, Lori Cathy is frustrated.

Time for government to mend fences with teachers: Kennedy - November 28, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

Time for government to mend fences with teachers: Kennedy. Provincial Liberal leadership hopeful Gerard Kennedy listens as Niagara Falls MPP Kim Craitor speaks during an event at Don Cherrys Sports Bar and Grill on Lundys Lane. Kennedy is one of seven hopefuls vying to take over the party from Premier Dalton McGuinty, who last month announced his intention to step down as premier and get out of politics once the party chooses a new leader on Jan. 12.

Part of the reason I came back into this leadership race is to make sure it gets fixed, Kennedy said. For eight, nine years we had a good working relationship with teachers.

Bill 115 the controversial legislation which was passed by minority Liberal government and backed by the progressive Conservatives, froze wages for teachers, ended the practice of banking sick days and took away their right to strike was not the right approach, Kennedy said.

I have some fresh ideas, he said. But I have no illusions. Its going to take time.

Asked for his thoughts on a new hospital for south Niagara, Kennedy instead took a general approach and stayed away from the debate of just where it should be located.

I know a prospective new hospital has good support, Kennedy said. A hospital anchors the system. Its not just a hospital but all that goes with it.

As he said, Liberals have always been committed to providing a high quality of care for everyone in the province, including Niagara.

He also said that Fort Erie Race Track has a lot of support in the community and that time is needed to work things out, rather than simply moving racing to Ajax Downs, near Toronto.

When it comes to making decisions there must be a test for fairness, Kennedy said. Its also what Liberals do best reaching a consensus.

British Rail wants security fences at Waverley Viaduct for three more years - November 28, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

British Rail wants temporary security fences that keep people off Carlisles Waverley Viaduct to stay in place for another three years.

    The Waverley Viaduct

The steel fences were erected in 2009 by British Rail Board (Residuary) to stop people using the Grade II-listed structure to cross the River Eden.

It applied last year to keep them in place for three years but was knocked back by the city council, which granted permission only for 12 months.

Councillors hoped that negotiations would take place to reopen the viaduct as a pedestrian route.

But one year on there has been no progress and planning permission for the fences runs out on December 31.

British Rails planning application says: The structure is a six-span skewed viaduct, which comprises entirely of masonry carrying a disused railway formation over the River Eden.

The structure is in a rural location carrying private lands over the river.

Moving in fences part of Mariners' sales pitch to free agent Mike Napoli - November 28, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

Moving in the fences at Safeco Field next season has become a key part of the sales pitch the Mariners are using with free agents.

Early last week, the Mariners flew free-agent catcher Mike Napoli to Seattle, and one of the first things they did was give him a tour of Safeco Field and explain the planned realignment of the fences. Shorter fences in left-center are expected to help right-handed hitters like Napoli, 31, who the Mariners need as much for his power bat as the positions he plays.

The Napoli visit included an overnight stay in Seattle and a tour of Pike Place Market as well as dinner with team officials. But there was also a lengthy explanation on the study that went into the fence realignment and the impact it was expected to have on hitters.

Last month, when the Mariners first unveiled their fence plans the final week of the season, assistant general manager Jeff Kingston talked about a significant impact on hitters for every additional foot the fences are moved in. The fences are coming in 12 feet in the left-center power alley and up to 17 feet in the portion between left-center and straightaway center.

Mariners general manager Jack Zduriencik expressed hope to reporters at the recent GM meetings in Indian Wells, Calif., that the fences move could help the team sign a hitter.

"It's come up already in some discussions with agents," Zduriencik said. "They say, 'Hey, our player knows you've moved your fences in.' "

Napoli is said to be seeking a deal of three or four years and is being courted by multiple teams, including the Boston Red Sox and his former Texas Rangers club. He has hit at least 20 home runs his past five seasons and has a career on-base-percentage of .356 and a .507 slugging percentage.

His on-base-plus-slugging percentage of .812 in a mediocre year for him last season was still better than any Seattle regular. He would also fill an immediate need for a club seeking a regular catcher after the departure of Miguel Olivo.

Talks with the Mariners and other clubs are expected to continue at next week's baseball winter meetings in Nashville, Tenn.

The Mariners have first-round draft pick Mike Zunino working his way through the minors as a potential catcher of the future. Zunino added to a growing list of 2012 accolades on Monday when he was one of two catchers named to the Arizona Fall League's top prospects team.
