    9/11 CONSPIRACY: A CONTROLLED DEMOLITION … – YouTube - March 22, 2015 by Mr HomeBuilder

Marvin P. Bush, the president's younger brother, was a principal in a company called Securacom that provided security for the World Trade Center, United Airlines, and Dulles International Airport. The company was backed by KuwAm, a Kuwaiti-American investment firm on whose board Marvin Bush also served. According to its present CEO, Barry McDaniel, the company had an ongoing contract to handle security at the World Trade Center "up to the day the buildings fell down."

The company lists as government clients "the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S Air force, and the Department of Justice," in projects that "often require state-of-the-art security solutions for classified or high-risk government sites."

Stratesec (Securacom) differs from other security companies which separate the function of consultant from that of service provider. The company defines itself as a "single-source" provider of "end-to-end" security services, including everything from diagnosis of existing systems to hiring subcontractors to installing video and electronic equipment. It also provides armored vehicles and security guards.

The Dulles Internation contract is another matter. Dulles is regarded as "absolutely a sensitive airport," according to security consultant Wayne Black, head of a Florida-based security firm, due to its location, size, and the number of international carriers it serves.

Black has not heard of Stratesec, but responds that for one company to handle security for both airports and airlines is somewhat unusual. It is also delicate for a security firm serving international facilities to be so interlinked with a foreign-owned company: "Somebody knew somebody," he suggested, or the contract would have been more closely scrutinized.

Heightened WTC Security Alert Had Just Been Lifted

The World Trade Center was destroyed just days after a heightened security alert was lifted at the landmark 110-story towers, security personnel said yesterday [September 11]. Daria Coard, 37, a guard at Tower One, said the security detail had been working 12-hour shifts for the past two weeks because of numerous phone threats. But on Thursday [September 6], bomb-sniffing dogs were abruptly removed. [NY NewsDay]

    Pre-9/11 World Trade Center Power-Down

On the weekend of 9/8, 9/9 there was a 'power down' condition in WTC tower 2, the south tower. This power down condition meant there was no electrical supply for approx 36 hrs from floor 50 up... "Of course without power there were no security cameras, no security locks on doors and many, many 'engineers' coming in and out of the tower."

Marvin Bush was in New York on 9/11

Demolition begins at North Chicago housing project - March 22, 2015 by Mr HomeBuilder

Maere Floyd-Pitts had seen it all in 45 years of hard living at the perpetually blighted Marion Jones housing project in North Chicago.

But on Friday, beneath a blinding morning sun, the vacant boarded-up shells of Marion Jones housing gleamed as officials prepared to tear down the complex that was shut down last year. On this day, the plywood boards were new, the lawns, streets and gutters free of litter, and the cream-yellow brick facades appeared jet-washed, squeaky clean.

Not a garbage can was in sight, not a speck of graffiti visible on a single surface. Not a loitering soul was to be seen.

After some speeches, the demolition commenced. A diesel backhoe poised its bucket inches above an overhang on one building. Officials in shiny, white hard hats cheered as the heavy bucket dropped, knocking off the edge of the overhang roof to the ground.

Renamed Marion Jones Townhomes, the $37 million Lake County Housing Authority redevelopment project "will break ground within days," said Joyce Mason, a spokeswoman. Earlier estimates had work starting later this year.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2016, with the first tenants moving in by early 2017, Mason said.

A refugee of the now-vacant housing, Floyd-Pitts relocated to senior housing in Gurnee, but is eager to return to Marion Jones after new senior housing (62 and over) opens.

One of six kids, Floyd-Pitts raised four children and has scads of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. But she embraces an even wider group of people from Marion Jones, her 23 years as a teachers aide at nearby North Chicago High School, and others whom she calls family.

Her most fervent prayer is that she can reunite with her extended family, some in their 90s, while they're still able.

"I'll definitely move back here," Floyd-Pitts said, if given the chance to get a senior townhome.

Demolition company ordered to pay fines following Crosstown death - March 22, 2015 by Mr HomeBuilder

    MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) -

Chandler Demolition is based out of Memphis and is one of the construction groups working on the Crosstown Building.

However, in 2014 a 21-year-old fell more than 40 feet to his death through a hole on the 10th floor, all the way to the sixth. It was a hole that the state says should have been covered up.

"I should be planning his wedding, his something else besides his funeral today," said Chris Holliday.

WMC Action News 5 introduced viewers to Holliday in October 2014 after his son Zach died fell to his death. The two worked together.

"Me and my boss Travis started at the bottom and we sort of met in the middle, but Travis heard his phone ringing first," said Holliday.

According to a state report, Zach wasn't specifically trained to recognize certain job hazards. It also states the exposed hole he fell through was in a fenced in area, but wasn't covered like it was supposed to be - something his father admitted workers knew about last year.

"Me along with a lot of other people didn't cover this hole up," said Holliday.

Chris says he was recently fired by the demolition company after 20 years and couldn't talk on the advice of his lawyer.

"He was telling me what to do sometimes you know, it was great. I was proud of him, I was really proud of him," said Chris Holliday in a 2014 interview.

Demolition Begins on Superior Bayfront Inn - March 22, 2015 by Mr HomeBuilder

    Updated: 03/20/2015 8:07 PM Created: 03/20/2015 6:56 PM WDIO.com

Demolition on the Superior BayfrontInn on Highway 53 began Thursday, paving the way for new development.

The motel, built in 1968, was sold to Oliver Companies, the current owner of the property, in 2000. However, the inn closed its doors for good after the tourist season last year.

Seth Oliver, a representative for Oliver Companies, says, "so we ran it for as long as we felt it was the useful life, maybe a couple years longer, and now its time for something else."

According to Oliver, after demolition is complete, the company is hoping the fresh space combined with an empty lot behind the demolition site will be used to house a new hotel. In addition, the new structure would be perpendicular to the Holiday Express on the adjacent property allowing for further development. Oliver says of the new possibilities, "it would create an opening in the front for some other venue, whether its food, retail, or something like that."

However, Oliver says the city is slowing the process for new development. He claims that although they have not created any hurdles, "they've just been radio silent."

Demolition is expected to be complete within a couple weeks.

Representatives from the city of Superior were not available for comment at the time this article was published.

Crews begin demolition on General Electric building - March 22, 2015 by Mr HomeBuilder

On Friday, Brandenburg Industrial Service crews began the demolition of one of the General Electric buildings along Broadway and next to McCulloch Park.

After being a major employer in Fort Wayne for more than a century and employing 10,000 at one time, the building is part of the GE campus which closed for good in 2014.

GE spokesman Matt Conkrite said demolition will continue for a few weeks and should be completed in about a month.

Last year, this building had been gutted due to extensive water and mold damage to the interior. In the process of cleaning out the nonloadbearing internal structures, the restraints on some exterior brickwork were temporarily compromised. No danger exists today. However, all buildings are subject to the effects of weather and atmospheric changes. So the cleaning efforts on this building have accelerated the need to bring it down, Conkrite wrote in the announcement.

Once the building's faade is removed, the building frame will be gradually taken down with special hydraulic equipment designed for minimal impact to the surrounding area. As a precaution, temporary lane closures on Broadway may occur during this process.

GE is actively discussing future options with the city of Fort Wayne regarding the property, Conkrite wrote.

After the company announced plans to demolish the building, Mayor Tom Henry said the city has appreciated GE's openness and willingness to work with the city to determine how to best utilize a large area of land in an important corridor of the city.

I'm encouraged that we're in position to work collaboratively with GE to develop a viable plan for the property as we invest in the future and build on the momentum we're experiencing in our community, he said.

There are no plans at this time to demolish any of the other 12 buildings on the 32-acre the site, he said.

It's not clear the fate of the other buildings on the campus, including the huge former manufacturing plant on the west side of Broadway. The company is in discussions with Fort Wayne officials to determine the future of the property. The building being torn down was built in 1911. Some buildings on the GE campus were there in the 1880s.
