The homeowner looks up in the attic and realizes that there is enough room for a new bedroom and possibly a bathroom. They don't realize the structural problems that they're about to encounter or the problems that could be passed on to the next homeowner.

Dave and Shelley needed a little more space in their home. They contacted us about adding a third story using attic truss construction. They didn't want to add height and they wanted to keep the same elevation.
