OTJ Architects report is affirmed by a new study conducted by the British Council for Offices claiming an employees workplace is responsible for as much as 24 percent of his/her job satisfaction level. Moreover, a creative office design can decrease absenteeism by 15 percent and increase productivity between 5-20 percent.
