American Cabinet Refacers – Contractors – Fairfax, VA …

This is a hard review because when our kitchen cabinets were refaced by the same family owned company, all went very well. However, after this experience I can not recommend American Cabinet Refacers. The actual installation completed by the installer was "excellent" with an exception. The installer was professional and did an outstanding job. My issue is with the poor coordination/responsiveness by the owners. For example; we repeatedly received calls from a women who kept calling to schedule for an estimate weeks after we had already ordered, and even "after" the job was mostly finished. Why mostly finished, the owners did not order the hardware. After the hardware was delivered to our house, I called both the owner and installer. "No" response. So I had to pay another to install. Also, the salesperson stated that they would also install new faucets. Not on the workorder, so the installer would not act (not their fault). I wish I could give a better rating, but others need to be aware of the poor intra-company coordination/follow through.
