LEBANON COUNTY--

The scam began in April of 2012 when Corradi and Squires operated a business under the name $Price Is Right$ Paving and Sealing, according to Lebanon County District Attorney David Arnold .

Court documents show the victim wrote a total of 14 checks between April 2012 and Aug. 2012 to Corradi and Squires totaling $34,800,00 dollars.

Both Corradi and Squires were paid to do basement remodeling, mold eradication, weatherproofing, gutter cleaning and other repairs, according to court documents.

Most of the work was being completed in the basement area and because of the victim's physical limitations, she was unable to see what was actually being worked on, Arnold said.

Investigators found no evidence of any work being done in the basement aside from a haphazard coat of paint had been partially applied to the basement paneling, according to court documents.

After becoming suspicious of the victim's spending practices, her bank began monitoring her account, investigators said.

Believing the expenses were legitimate, the victim told her bank she was having work done on her home as a result of last fall's flood. The bank notified the Lebanon County Area on Ageing after becoming concerned that the victim was being defrauded.

Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of both Corradi and Squires. The pair has ties to Middletown.

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to contact police at 717-272-2054.
