Architectural design and overview of investment concept: Marine concrete and prefab glass roof tunnel segments connect to double hull underwater restaurant 10 meters below water surface. 200 seats with two private VIP rooms, central bar/kitchen, 2 means of entry/egress and below floor emergency ballast tanks, able to contain large volume of water in event of leak. Structure set on friction piles in ocean bed and has reverse bevel above water dining terrace to reflect waves. Shallow water depth is optimum for light penetration, clarity, and active fish life and minimizes external pressures on flat plate acrylic panels that are replaceable while submerged.
