Complaints

Any person may file with the Board, a charge of unprofessional conduct, negligence, incompetence, dishonest practice or other misconduct against an architect. Any person may file a complaint against an unlicensed individual for a single act of unauthorized or illegal practice or representing himself or herself to the public as an architect.

Firm renewal forms for 2016 were due by December 31, 2015. If you have not renewed your firm license it is now on delinquent status. Firm renewal forms are found in the forms section of this site. Questions concerning firm renewals should be sent to Tyler Barrick at tyler@ncbarch.org

With 2015 soon coming to a close, we would like to remind you that in order to renew your license for 2016-2017 next May, you must have 12 hours of HSW related CE by December 31, 2015. Questions related to CE should be directed to Tyler Barrick at tyler@ncbarch.org

2016 Firm Renewals have been mailed via U.S.P.S. If you do not receive a form by November 1, 2015 contact Tyler Barrick in the Board office.
