DeWayne and his employee, Amir, were very thorough and respectful of my belongings. Again, I HIGHLY recommend A + Duct Cleaning!

Outstanding service provided today by Dewayne and his team. I had no idea what an air duct cleaning entailed but I knew I needed it. They were on time, extremely professional, and cleaned up so well that you would never know they were here today. Every step of the process was explained and I am thoroughly satisfied with their top notch service. My air quality in my home feels so much lighter than before, and I love that they use natural fresheners.

I CANNOT recommend Dewayne and his team at A+ Duct Cleaning enough!! We get our ducts cleaned pretty regularly, usually going off of a deal on Groupon. Every single time the people would come and there would be surprise add on fees for every little thing, and were usually done pretty quickly. Dewayne was very upfront, charged a flat fee and included everything AND MORE that all the other companies did not. He showed me where other companies didn't do what they were supposed to, and it looked pretty bad. Dewayne was helpful w/ explaining step by step what he was doing the entire time. My husband is very handy and tries to keep up our dryer vents but there were just areas it would be impossible for a non-professional to do, so don't risk it! So happy I found A+ Duct Cleaning, they did such an amazing job!! My neighbors even hired him to do their houses as well!

Top Notch. I'd give DeWayne six stars if Yelp would let me. He was prompt, professional, friendly and he educated my wife and I about how to keep our air ducts and dryer vents clean--and how important it is to do so. We strongly recommend him.

Very happy with the thorough job A+ Air Duct Cleaning did on my air ducts. They got rid of a strong curry odor problem that had built up in my air ducts. He was on time, informative and explained the process really well. Good pricing. Both guys were cheery and funny.

Dewayne was great! Came out and got rid of birds nests in our ducts and even took on a nasty hornets nest for us. He was so thorough that he came inside and cleaned out the vents from the dryer. What was impressive is that he took the time to re tape some loose connections in the duct. He plans on coming back in a week or 2 to get the last duct as he didn't want to disrupt a baby birds nest until they got strong enough to fly out. Great guy!

Dewayne was one of the best contractors I've ever had in my house. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He also knew what he was doing! My dryer went from taking four hours to dry a large load to only taking 45 minutes to get it very dry.Dewayne explained everything he found and how his equipment works as he went. No mysteries or questions unanswered when he was done. Dewayne should be your go to for air duct cleaning.For everythinhg I received I felt like I was ripping him off for the price he charged me! Price isn't as important to me as getting the job done right and the first time. I got the rare pleasure of having both a great price and excellent workmanship all in one. Wow! I left left a bad review for Dwayne and A+ in error! My mistake, Dwane was on time easy to work with and explained everything so I understood and knew that my dryer Vent had been checked and cleaned. It was his visit and patient insights that helped me to understand my pre previous provider hadn't done anything, except to overcharge me. I would recommend A+ Air Duct Cleaning, Inc., as a great value and trustworthy service provider.

Talked to Dewayne on Monday of this week and he got me scheduled the same week to clean my dryer vents and remove a bird nest that had been built. We have a 3rd story dryer vent, and that was not a problem.Dewayne did a fantastic job, and I would absolutely utilize his services again. Don't even know where to begin!!! After a long month of not having a dryer (3 month old brand new dryer stopped working), we finally had a new one delivered. When the guy took it away, he noticed that it had a lot of water in it. Hence, we had probably ruined our new dryer ourselves b/c of the dryer duct. We were told not to use the new one until we had the vent cleaned out. I quickly got on Yelp and my husband gave DeWayne a call. All of these reviews are true!!!! He was awesome!!!! He listened to our story and told us he was really busy and booked for another week but if he could come out later that day he would let us know. DeWayne called around 6 pm that night and said he would be at our house in 30 minutes. I was honestly blown away. There aren't many businesses now a days that have TRUE customer service! He was at our house for an hour and we can not thank him enough for all he did for us. He has gained a customer for life!!!!! If you ever have any air duct issues, Dewayne is your guy!!!!

Dwayne came out to clean our dryer vent which turned into a much bigger project. He was able to determine that someone had broken off an old tool in the vent causing that was causing damage to the house as well as a fire danger. He persevered until he was able to the the vent cleared. I highly recommend Dwayne and plan on having him back regularly to clean our ducts.

From the initial phone call through the wrapping up the job, Dwayne could not have been more professional and personable. He made sure my wife and I understood the work he completed. Highly recommend Dwayne and A+ Duct Cleaning. We are in the process of moving into our "new to us" home and wanted to have the ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Dwayne showed up on time and was very efficient and very open about the services he was going to provide. He also had no issues answering any questions that I had throughout the process. Excellent service. Dewayne knows his work thoroughly and is a real honest professional. I had called him to clean my AC vents and Dryer vents. He is surprisingly very thorough and kept going till it was properly cleaned. He did a great job at my house and also educated me on the right things. Dewayne squeezed us in for a last-minute air-duct cleaning emergency -- I was going to be moving my four young children into a home that had an extraordinary amount of construction dust and debris. Dwayne is the man. I love that he is dedicated to doing the job 100% complete, the right way, for a great price. It's not often that you find good reliable people in certain construction/maintenance industry, but Dwayne is exceptional. I made an an appt to get my dryer vent cleaned with A+ after reading the first review. The guy who booked my appointment was very nice on the phone but who cares when they cost: $150-175 for dryer vent cleaning alone!Later the same day, I flipped through the coupon value catalog that comes in the mail. Within just a few minutes I found at least 2 or more other local companies that had a Spring clean special for just $49 to clean your dryer vent!!! Needless to say, I canceled with A+ and think that unfortunately, they are well overpriced.

Certainly recommended. Very professional and thorough with his work. I would certainly use his company again.
