Anti-binge-drinking advocates testified to the Eau Claire City Council against alcohol policies of the Eau Claire Express as the baseball team is pitching an expansion of premium deck seating.

The Eau Claire City Council will vote today on allowing the team to turn some grandstand bleachers into small group decks and expand the teams alcohol license to allow keg beer on them.
