PORTSMOUTH Local interior designer Lisa Teague will present "A Touch of Hue: Creating Eye-Catching Rooms from the Ground Up" from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 17 at Circle Furniture in Framingham, Mass..

Teague is an artist and co-founder, along with her daughter, Andi, of Quiet Home Paints, a line of organic, nontoxic paints that are beautiful and 100 percent safe for children, the home and the environment. These paints are available free of volatile organic compounds, and made by the a paint manufacturer offering water-based, solvent-free paints.
