Jay Lepple, Bensonwood #39;s Building Systems Team Leader demonstrates the benefits of off-site building in our shop for the first Unity Home from Bensonwood. In this video Jay shows us how the shop process increases quality and efficiency in the siding and design/build process of all Unity Homes and Bensonwood Homes. (www.unityhomes.com) This home is a Xyla and was pre-fabricated in November 2012 and was raised in just a few days on-site in December 2012.
