Phantom Lake #39;s Crazy Neighbor #1 Psycho Goes Boom!
This video is KARMA in action. After Diane tries to "airmail" us a letter, she weaves back and forth across busy 24th St, then crosses her retaining wall and falls flat on her face. This crazy, pathological lying neighbor of over 20 years - bullies and harasses many of her neighbors on a regular basis. I have many more of these videos. We refer to our surveillance cams as the "psycho channel". Her husband Dave stands by and does nothing to stop her, sometimes joining in on her evil acts.. Diane regularly calls the police claiming other people did the very thing she in fact did. She thinks she is invincible.
