Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by The Dermot Company, the structure was built in 1999 and yields 498 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 26 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $73,200 to $167,570.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, a shared laundry room, gym, childrens playroom, rooftop terrace and access to an on-site resident manager and concierge. Units come will come with air conditioning, stainless steel and Energy Star appliances, quartz countertops, and some residences will have private outdoor space. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five studios with a monthly rent of $2,135 for incomes ranging from $73,200 to $124,150; 19 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,485 for incomes ranging from $85,200 to $139,620; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,760 for incomes ranging from $94,629 to $167,570.
