Goshen Theatre Board had started the renovation project in May of this year for phase one. There was $4 million estimated for the renovation. The board is working on expanding the lobby, installing a new elevator and putting new restrooms. $1 million would be used to set new seating on the main floor, repairing of plaster ceiling, balcony, and carpet installation.
