PMT2014-05590 500 Iris Ave.; $270,000; Timothy Shea; Boulder Zed Design Build; Two-story addition and remodel to single-family dwelling. Scope includes additions to the front and rear of the main level and a new upper story. Main level will be remodeled and upper level will have three bedroom, two baths, and laundry. Additions include front and back porches.

PMT2014-05665 1043 Pearl St.; $175,749.21; Snyder Family; Pine Construction Co.; Tenant interior remodel for a restaurant finish, main level only Oyster Bar/Fish House. Scope includes some structural work on both main level (floor support) to open up lower level storage area.
