A Henrico County apartment complex caught fire Friday evening after a plumber used a blowtorch to unfreeze water pipes, according to fire Capt. Daniel Rosenbaum.

Friday was the second consecutive day that a fire was caused in Henrico by a plumber using a blowtorch to unfreeze water pipes, according to fire officials.The fires were started by different plumbers, Rosenbaum said.
