He developed E Z Mast to permits a worker to feed wiring for the installation of traffic signals unassisted. At the same time, it reduces potential injury to fingers and hands during assembly. It, therefore, increases worker productivity by decreasing assembly time. Furthermore, it avoids the chance of ripped or torn insulation and broken wiring during installation. The inventor's experience on the job inspired the idea. "While working on wiring installations for traffic lights, I noticed that too much time was wasted with the manual assembly process, which negatively affected productivity," he said.
