ALBURY company Joss Constructions will build a $15million four-storey office building in central Wagga.

Four Morgan Street buildings have been demolished to make way for the centre.

Wagga developer Manuel Donebus said Joss had been appointed to build the state-of-the-art office space.

And now we are about to get into the early earthworks side of it, Mr Donebus said.

Some 400 jobs are expected to be created on and off site for the project, which is expected to take about 12 months to complete.

Mr Donebus said the building would be the first in Wagga to have five stars under the National Australian Built Environment Rating System.

The building will have a new-to-market gas-fired air-conditioning system and what is known a triple Low-E insulated glazing.
