High Construction and Greenfield Architects to Design and Build a Processing Facility for Citterio USA

High Construction Company today announced that it was selected as the design-builder for a new processing facility for Citterio USA.

Citterio USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Giuseppe CITTERIO Salumificio, SpA of Milano, Italyone of the oldest and largest family owned businesses in the Italian Specialty Meat Sector.

The new 95,550 square foot facility will be built on Citterios current campus located in Freeland, Luzerne County, Pa. It will be completed in three phases. Site work began in September and construction will wrap up in October 2015.

Designed by Greenfield Architects Ltd., the new facility will provide additional space for producing the companys Italian specialty meats.
