LAKE LUZERNE -- A Glens Falls teen was arrested on burglary charges Saturday after Warren County Sheriff's deputies responded to a home security alarm in Lake Luzerne.

Devin Cutter, 17, was charged with felony burglary, felony criminal mischief and causing more than $1,500 in damage to the home.

When officer arrived at the home, the interior lights were on and the house appeared to be in disarray, deputies said.

The home was unoccupied at the time and Cutter was not associated with its owners, deputies said.

Cutter was seen in the house, and fled when officers entered.

After a brief foot pursuit, he was taken into custody and arraigned in Lake Luzerne Town Court.

Cutter was sent to the Warren County Correctional Facility without bail and will appear again in court later this month.
