CIG Piping Technology is an industrial manufacturer of high quality piping products for the offshore and oil and gas industry.

We offer the fabrication of pipespools, skid mounted modules, manifolds and pressure vessels for several systems on board of platforms and offshore vessels. Products are prefabricated, tested & approved and ready for installation.

We deliver for: Fire fighting systems Fresh and seawater cooling systems Pump caissons and riser pipes for cooling water pumps Plus others Materials are: Carbon steel, Super Duplex, Titanium, CuNiFe, Glasfibre Reinforced Epoxy (GRE)

The workshop is separated from the fabrication places for other materials. We use dedicated machinery for cutting, beveling and welding.

Material: Titanium Grade 2 ( 3.7035 / ASME B 861 Gr.2, B862 Gr.2) Diameters: OD '' up to 14'' Wall thickness: 2mm up to 6mm

CIG Piping Technology is qualified maker of piping and system components for motors, gen-sets, power stations and related systems for steam, natural gas, oil and other media.

Assembled and tested modules for different purposes on board of ships and onshore extend the range of our activities. Design, steel construction, assembly and outfitting with electric components and wiring are done in our works.

Modules are workshop tested in order to enable immediate use.

We offer manifolds and pressure vessels as single components for the a.m. sectors. Media like water, steam, natural gas and high pressure up to 100 bar are possible.

Services include design, strength calculations, complete fabrication and installation on site.
