After purchasing the home and getting welcome letters from the builders, the most pressing letter issued will be from the dcor consultant to prepare for a dcor appointment, followed by making a structural appointment and colour appointment. This process of varying dcor could last up to 120 days.

The subsequent letter will be to inform the homeowner that construction has commenced, followed by another letter confirming completion of framing, windows, and shingling of the roof.
