Morris-Jenkins turns to Action 9 to protect 50K customers

CHARLOTTE, N.C.

Morris-Jenkins, the well-known heating and air business that has 50,000 customers in the Charlotte area, had a big problem and turned to Action 9 for help.

This is just absolutely disgusting, said Dewey Jenkins.

Dewey Jenkins said someone is calling his customers and saying they are with an air duct cleaning business called Green Air Care.

Jenkins said the man is telling people that Morris-Jenkins sent him and that its all a lie.

I guess because our name is well-known in the community, they are trading off our name, Jenkins said.

Green Air Care has been on Action 9s radar for three years.

The Better Business Bureau gives Green Air Care an F rating. It has more than 50 complaints against it and even put an alert on the BBB website.

In the past, Green Air Care customers accused it of robocalling, overcharging and pretending to work closely with well-known companies.

That is exactly what Morris-Jenkins said it is doing now.
