Debbie Lowe, 61, of Old River, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at her home. She was born September 28, 1952 in West Palm Beach, Florida to her late parents, Herbert Wayne Taylor and Katherine Ann Carter Taylor. Debbie move to Old River in 1990 where she was a member of Old River Assembly of God. She had previously worked as a respiratory therapist and an interior decorator and was an accomplished doll maker. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Steven Wayne Taylor. Survivors include her husband, Stanley Lowe of Old River; children, Vanessa Cantu and her husband Rafael of Baytown, Cindy Gilmore and her husband Brian of Batson, Nathan Lowe and Jeremiah Lowe both of Old River; grandchildren, Matthew Lowe and Katyana Cantu; great-grandchild, Greyson Keith Lowe; sisters and brothers, Judith Mills and her husband David of Splendora, Daniel Taylor and his wife Kim of Lampasas, Rebecca Burkart and her husband Patrick of Monument, Colorado and Michael Taylor and his wife Kim of Lampasas; 5 nieces; 3 nephews; 2 aunts and numerous cousins.The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Navarre Funeral Home.
