I called to schedule a super deep cleaning of a rental property after tenants moved out. They quoted is 550-700. Seemed reasonable considering the amount of work. Three people showed up and were at the house for a few hours. I had my mother there to show them around while I was working. After a couple hours she had to bring them around to show them everything they forgot. They left while it was dark and I went the next day to see how it came out and I was extremely disappointed. So things were still absolutely filthy. The owner came back when I told her and "redid" a few things over the course of an hour.
